Hunter Holistix began with a quiet nudge from something greater. I kept mistyping “Holistic” as “Holistix” and eventually realised it wasn’t a mistake, but a sign. The X came to represent the unknown, the soul, the intuitive magic that guides us. Though rooted in psychology, I have always searched for a more integrated path that brings together mind, body and spirit. At Hunter Holistix, we honour that wholeness. This space is a heart-led sanctuary for those seeking something deeper, where healing is guided by both science and soul.​ Here, we welcome the messy, the mysterious, and the deeply human. IFS THERAPY

IFS is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that sees the mind as made up of many “parts.” Each part has its own feelings, roles, and ways of protecting us, often developed in response to past experiences. Rather than seeing any part as “bad,” IFS helps us understand their positive intent and bring compassion to all aspects of ourselves. The process reconnects us with our core Self, fostering healing, balance, and inner harmony.

WALK & TALK THERAPY

Walk and Talk Therapy invites clients to step outside the traditional therapy room and into nature. This approach blends movement, mindfulness, and conversation, creating space for reflection, regulation, and deeper connection. Sessions are held in calming outdoor environments, allowing clients to process thoughts and emotions while engaging the body in gentle motion. For many, walking side by side eases the intensity of face-to-face dialogue and supports a more grounded, embodied therapeutic experience.
